Lynchburg, VA --- R.L. Bailey Company, a Lynchburg-based accounting and tax preparation firm, has taken its practice nationwide. With the creation of the Virtual Tax Prep (VTP) division, the firm will now be able to reach any potential client with internet and a webcam throughout the United States. Through the use of secure, online video conferencing, Virtual Tax Prep provides its clients with face-to-face communication with our experienced and knowledgeable tax professionals.

Virtual Tax Prep removes the trouble and inconvenience of having to physically take time out of a client’s day and go to an office. VTP brings the office to the client using secure, online video conferencing technology. Clients get access to experienced staff from a company that has been serving both individuals and businesses in the Central Virginia area for over 20 years. All the client needs is 1) access to the internet, 2) a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and 3) a scanner or digital camera to scan/copy the necessary tax documents.

By expanding R.L. Bailey Company through the addition of the Virtual Tax Prep division, the ultimate goal is to grow sales nationally while creating jobs here in Lynchburg and the surrounding area.
